Puja Mondal

Puja Mondal is an Indian model who shot to fame after winning the APA Miss India 2016 beauty pageant. She was born and brought up in Vadodara, Gujarat, where her passion for modeling kindled when she was in school. She was involved in theatre as a child and is skillfully trained in classical dance forms, especially Kathak.

As soon as she completed her studies after 12th grade, she participated in a beauty contest in Vadodara and won. Later that same year, she was crowned as Miss Gujarat.

She is currently pursuing engineering as a Bachelor of Technology at Navrachna University in Vadodara. She wanted to have a backup plan for financial security with engineering as an alternative option in case things did not go as she planned. But they did as she had the fortunate opportunity to represent India at the Miss Princess of the World competition in 2017 and ended up as one of the twelve super finalists.

She will also participate in the next Miss Queen Glow competition to be held in Venezuela.
