Lakshmi MenonĀ is an Indian model from Bangalore. She now lives in Goa. Lakshmi completed her graduation in sociology from the Bangalore University. She started getting modeling offers straight after college. Before embarking on her international career, she worked on national projects for multiple years. Jean-Paul Gaultier was looking for an Indian model to walk the ramp for his Chanel show in the year 2006. It was at this time that he chanced upon Lakshmiās work for an Indian magazine. After her Milan show for La Perla, Lakshmi featured in her first French Vogue editorial (2008).
