Akshay Nayyar is a famous chef and managing director. He completed a B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Shimla in 2005 - 2008. After this, he completed the study of Management Trainee Culinary and advanced culinary arts at IHHR Management Training Institute in 2008 - 2010.
He started his career as Founder & Chef Patron in Tum Tum Asia. He worked here for about seven years. He was the Founder and Managing Director of North West Frontier Cuisine restaurant Kopper Kadai Bangalore. While living in Delhi, he worked as a director in a restaurant named Solfood and offered premium catering services, which included world-class cuisine. Akshay also worked as Managing Director at Garni Foods.
After this, he came to Canada and worked as Director and Chef Partner at Khazana Toronto.
