She presented this program related to investigative journalism from 1990 to 2002.

Nalini is married to SPN Singh, son of former UP Governor cum first Indian Ambassador to Nepal, Chandeshwar Prasad Narayan Singh. Nalini has a daughter, Ratna Vira, an author and a son, Sukaran Singh, Vice president of Tata Advanced Systems. Ratna Vira has penned a novel, Daughter By Court Order. This book has created a stir that if it was an autobiography.
