However, later Peyush shifted to a different place to pursue her post-graduation. He enlisted his name to the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore to learn about the Management Programme for Entrepreneurship and Family Businesses (MPEFB). Before settling his eyewear brand, Lenskart Peyush Bansal worked in several companies.
He shifted to the United States to proceed forward in his life and to work at Microsoft as an employee. But he couldn't settle down with the working environment of this company. So he quit that job and thought of reflecting on something different. After coming back to India in 2007, he thought of helping college students to gain ten opportunities to gain employment. So he shaped his new start-up, SearchMyCampus.com. Nonetheless, after two years, Peyush started another experience, Flyer. At its initial step, the venture succeeded, but it didn't work out, and Peyush tossed it out in November 2010. Nevertheless, he also started another incident that is not known to many audiences, which is Valayoo Technologies.
In 2010 the table turned for Peyush Bansal when he started Lenskart. However, Amit Chaudhary has also been a part of his business. Later Sumeet Kapahi also joined the team of Lenskart. Likewise, to spread his business, Peyush sparked similar ventures, like BagsKart, WatchKart, and JewelsKart. People around the globe must have noticed him in Shark Tank India as one of the most notable jury members. The American business tycoon Bill Gates has always been Peyush's role model since childhood. In 2006 McGill University felicitated Peyush Bansal with the British Association Medal.
