Anurag Katriar has also worked at the National Restaurants Association of India as a president. He was the chief operating officer, executive director, and CEO of deGustibus Hospitality PVT Ltd. in 2004. He has also worked as a F&B Manager at Bombay Gymkhana Ltd. He has studied his schooling at St. Xavier's School, Hazaribag, and earned a degree at the Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad.
