Ashneer Grover

Ashneer Grover is an entrepreneur as well as a businessman. He is the former managing director (MD) of BharatPe. However, he co-founded the company in 2018 with Bhavik Koladiya and Shashvat Nakrani. Ashneer was born on 14th June 1982. His mother used to serve as a teacher, whereas his father worked in a firm as a Chartered Accountant (CA). However, he completed his primary education in the National Capital. Later for graduation, he joined the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi to acquire a degree in B. Tech in civil engineering. To expand his knowledge in his field of interest, Ashneer shifted to France and was admitted to INSA Lyon University. In 2006 he attended the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad to finish his MBA. Initially, Ashneer Grover worked in several firms like Kotak Investment Bank, Grofers, PC Jeweller Ltd, and American Express.

For at least two years, as a director, he has worked with American Express. Moreover, Ashneer has also served Grofers and PC Jeweller Ltd as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Business Head, respectively. After working with these firms he established BharatPe. Moreover, Ashneer's wife, Madhuri Jain Grover, has also been a part of this company as the head of control of several departments. However, because of many problems and issues, Ashneer Grover had to resign from the managing director position of BharatPe on 28th February 2022. The board of directors has reported some crucial points regarding his conduct and behavior, which has led to this situation. Moreover, the company put forward an official statement after Ashneer's resignation that the company has the right to take any kind of strict action set up on the reports submitted to them with authenticity.

Ashneer Grover walked down the aisle with Madhuri Jain Grover. Madhuri has designed several homes and assembled an established path for her as an interior designer. Nonetheless, the couple has two kids, Avy Grover and Mannat Grover. The audience appreciated a lot after Ashneer's appearance in Shark Tank India.
