Parakram Rana

Parakram SJB Rana, a rising fashion stylist and blogger from Kathmandu, Nepal, paved his way to success in the city of Mumbai. Born into a well-off family, Parakram spent his childhood years in Kathmandu alongside his elder sister Sunaina RL Rana and their supportive mother, Sneha Rana. From a young age, Parakram displayed a keen interest in creativity, excelling in theatre plays, and also dedicating time to learning video editing.

His passion for fashion led him to pursue a bachelor's degree in Mass Media Advertising at Mumbai University, which laid the foundation for his journey. Parakram's commitment to his dream extended beyond academics. In 2019, he completed the 'Vogue Fashion Certificate course' at the Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design in London, further improving his skills. After his graduation, he got a three-month internship at Vogue India in 2015, where he made connections with established stylists, improving his career.

Having worked with celebrity stylists such as Anisha Gandhi, Priyanka Kapadia, Rochelle Dsa, and Anisha Jain, Parakram went into independent styling. Beyond his professional endeavors, Parakram is celebrated for his openness about his sexuality, challenging societal views and becoming a source of inspiration for the LGBTQ community in Nepal. His family, particularly his mother Sneha, has been a pillar of support throughout his journey. In the area of entertainment, Parakram extended his influence to TikTok in 2019. He entertained over 80,000 followers with humorous skits and videos featuring his family. Parakram SJB Rana continues to inspire and uplift others through his creative endeavors, breaking barriers, and leaving his trademark on the world of fashion and beyond.
