Surinder Malhotra lives in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He did his schooling at Guru Nanak National High School [sion]. For further studies, Surinder went to Guru Nanak College to study drama cultural activities. He was also the president of the Lions Clubs International, Oshiwara, Andheri, Maharashtra. He is currently working as an Executive Producer, Line Producer, and Director in the Indian Film Industry, mainly in Bollywood. He has vast experience in this field. He has worked as a production head at A K MEDIA; Executive Producer at  24 FPS FILMS PVT LTD "SHOR GUL"; Production controller at Red Carpet Moving Pictures; and Head of Production at Trivikrama production.
He is currently working as Supervising and Line Producer at Smoke Signal; and Producer at Lemon Grass Production. He has worked in many movies and TV shows. Some of them are Khel Taqdeeran De, released in 1995; Kaalia, in 1981; Ajooba, in 1991; Waaris, in 1988; Shorgul, in 2016; Shreemaan Aashique, 1993; Dard, in 1993; and many more.Â
