Monali Sen Choudhury

Monali Sen Choudhury is an executive producer. Monali Sen Choudhury completed her schooling in Sacred heart convent school in Jharkhand and graduated from Kolkata university in English honours. She started her career in 1998. Her first experience is in Zee education where she directed, produced and concepted a dance show for kids and in 2 years she freelanced as an assistant production designer for ad films including Rexona, Maggi and Britannia biscuits. In the later years she became a senior Producer and done on-air promotions Star Plus.

She  handled on-line promotions for shows like –Kaun Banega Crorepati, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki,Kasauti Zindagi Ke, Launch of Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chand, Launch Of Kashmeer, Launch Of Kehta Hai Dil, Launch of Kasauti Zindagi Ke, Launch of Khull Ja Sim Sim Ssshhhh… Koi Hai Sonpari Sanjeev. She screenplayed and designed plots for Vicky And Vetal and also written story, designed plots for Dhoom Machao Dhoom. She worked for shows like Seven and Jersey No. 10. She worked as a Senior Manager in Zee TV Ideation Cell from 2008 to 2010. She developed story lines, promotion campaigns for shows like Aap Ki Antara, Jhansi Ki Rani Jhansi Ki rani is a historical drama based on the >> Read More... non- fiction shows like Ghar Ghar Mein. She also worked for evaluation of stories, content and promos on Zee Bangla. Worked on the way forward with the channel.

She also dealt as a script head for Anurag Basu Ek Nayi Pehchaan for Sony TV– story, character development and screenplay Story, screenplay for Heroes on channel V. (Endemol) Story for Sapne Suhaane Ladakpan Ke on Zee TV (Shakuntalam films). She totally has 10 + years channel experience in the media business. Her strengths are on-air promotion plans, contest planning, post- production, and screenplay writing.
