Mydala, situated in Delhi, is India's largest local services marketing platform, with 28 million registered users and a presence in 209 Indian towns. She was born in Delhi, where she attended the Air Force School and graduated from the College of Art in Delhi before traveling to the United States to receive a Master's degree in political communication and an MBA in Information Systems at the American University in Washington. Anisha never intended to be an entrepreneur as a child, but her stint in the United States laid the roots for her to launch her own business. She credits her business school professor for guiding her and urging her to consider establishing her firm.

She discovered comparable inspiration when interning with the Olympus Group, which was led by Julie Holdren, whom she admired. Anisha is well-known for being a go-getter and a highly motivated individual. She is full of life and likes wine and sushi. She's also a trained yoga instructor who likes to run when she has the chance. Anisha began her work on Capitol Hill with the Clinton administration, assisting female entrepreneurs in raising funds for innovative women-led firms. Later, she worked at Centra Software in Boston, where she helped Fortune 500 firms put up e-learning ecosystems. In 2004, she founded Kinis Software Solutions, which delivers digital material to real estate organizations in the United States. Mydala was founded in 2009 by her along with co-founders Arjun Basu and Ashish Bhatnagar. Mydala has developed into a local services marketing platform for multinational companies, SMEs, and MSMEs, allowing them to reach 400 million clients throughout 209 cities in India.

Mydala's footprint and get offers personalized and cost-effective solutions to advertisers/merchants to reach their target audience through attractive discounts and promotional campaigns, to make mydala a daily habit with consumers and companies. Mydala works in various industries, including beauty, health and fitness, food and beverages, supermarket shopping, travel, and others. Interestingly, Mydala's original office shared space with a dentistry clinic, yet the company today employs over 400 people. Anisha is known for speaking her mind and for being a passionate advocate for women's rights, urging women to face their fears and follow their aspirations.

She has spoken at several national and international events on various issues, including entrepreneurship, women's leadership, the Indian start-up ecosystem, and others. Anisha is a participant in Businessworld's ACCELERATE program, which assists women in founding and managing new businesses. She also attended the FICCI Ladies Organisation's inauguration of SWAYAM, a Support Cell for Women Entrepreneurs.
