Initially, he opted for science in his higher secondary. After school, he gained his engineering degree from BIT Mesra, a famous college in the computer science field. He bagged a job as an IT Administrator and then after as a support analyst in Ebene Mauritius. In 2015, he pursued an MBA in project management from The University of Technology, Mauritius. After completing his degrees and gaining experience through jobs, he decided to pursue his dreams.

Akash was always consistent in his efforts. Thus, he got into his first project with TVF, which was ‘Pitchers ‘ season 1, aired in 2015. After this, he never looked back and did enormous successful projects with TVF and others. He gained popularity mainly with his association with TVF Originals ‘The Viral Fever’. Previous to this, he has also been an inevitable part of series and movies such as “ Sixer (2022)”, ‘’Pitchers (2022), “Glitch ( 2020)”, “Cubicles (2019)’’, “ Campus Dairies (2021)”, “Meera (2021)’’ and many more. Not just good in video editing, but Akash is also great with sketch editing. He has also edited over 200 sketches for The Viral Fever, The Screen Patti, Funda-curry, Girly-yap, The Timeliners, and Yellow Montage. Talking about his personality, he likes to keep social media at bay. He is naturally generous and helpful.
