Praval Chhajed is a Bollywood Film Director and Writer. He was born on 30th November 2001. He studied at the Emerald Heights International School, where he was the Team Leader of the IPSC Drama nationals, and later at Chikitsak Samuhas Sri Sitaram and Lady Shantabai Patkar College of Arts and Science and VR Varde College of Commerce and Economics, where he studied Humanities and Humanistic Studies. He has also gone to Whistling Woods International, from where he obtained Bachelors of Science in Direction. After completing his education, he worked as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Chhanv Foundation. He has also worked part time with Little Love, where he was the National Productions Head. He is also a writer and director at Whistling Woods International.
Praval Chhajed is also certified in Final Draft, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro. Some of his most known flims include Kachhe (2023), Manzilen (2024) and Love and Cocoa (2022). The latter has won awards, Such as the Best Student Short Film by multiple film festivals Diamond Bell International Film Festival, Uruvatti International Film Festival, Athvikvaruni International Film Festival and Birsamunda International Film Awards. He has also won the Best Director Award by Tagore International Film Festival and Global India International Film Festival and also the Best Docummentary Award by the Tagore International Film Festival for his documentary Drowne Voices. Drowned Voices is a short documentary that deals with the global systemic racism against the South Asian Community.
