Nikhil Upreti

Nikhil Upreti is a well-known and renowned Nepalese actor, director, stuntman, and model. Nikhil is also popular with other names such as Nikhil Dai and Action Star. Upreti is one of the best actors and a trained martial artist. Nikhil was born on the 10th of August in the year 1980. His place of birth is Piprabhitta, Sarlahi, in Nepal. He was born to his parents Govinda Upreti and Bhoj Kumari Upreti. Nikhil has done his schooling at the Tribhuvan University in Kathmandu. Upreti has learned acting and holds a Diploma in acting from the Roshan Taneja's Studio in Mumbai. His journey to the film industry began as the stunt boy and the stunt boy. Upreti, during his childhood, was always fascinated with sports like karate and soccer. Later, to make his career, he moved to Mumbai and did his Diploma.

His first movie got released in 2000, named Pijada. Upreti has worked in many movies (around 200) and has always proved himself. For the film Hami Tin Bhai, Nikhil won the National Films Award for the Best Actor. He also got Rashtriya Nagarik Swarna Samman in 2006. Nikhil has also worked with Amitabh Bachchan’s company ‘ABCL.’ Some of the films in which he has worked are Ram Laxman, Sajnwa Anadi Sajania Khiladi, Karma Yoddha, Sajanwa Anadi Sajaniya Kheldai, The FlashBack: Farkera Herda, Commitment 60 Hours, Pahilo Pahilo Maya, etc. After working in Bollywood for years, he made a comeback in the Nepalese cinema with the move Bhairav.
