Miransha Naik is an Indian film industry director and scriptwriter. He was born in Borimol, Goa. He is known for the film ‘Juze’. This Konkani film was released in 2017. The film was based on the injustice faced by migrant laborers in Goa. For this feature film, Miransha got Special Jury Award at Minsk Film festival in 2017.
He was very young when he lost both parents, he has to live his grandmother now with two sisters. He has joined B.com course but soon dropped out to support his family financially. He worked as a waiter for almost 5 years and was able to get his sisters married. After this, while traveling to India and abroad he got some interest in films.
He then did short term screenwriting course at Asian Academy of film and television in Noida, India. He then did a full course of screenwriting in Whistle woods international, Mumbai. His first co-written short was ‘Remember A day’ in 2012.
He then wrote a short film ‘ Ram His real name is Ramasubramaniam. Born in Tamil Na >> Read More... ’ in 2014, which was a comedy-drama. In 2017, his debut film ‘Juze’ was premiered at Hong Kong International Film festival. This movie was based on his personal experiences in his childhood.
