Abhinav Varun Revis

Abhinav Varun Revis is an established humanitarian filmmaker, cinematographer and screenplay writer. He was born and brought up in the Garhwal Himalayas. Abhinav stumbled into his passion for immortalising life through words and lenses. The seed to his creative imagination was sown at his adolescence on his motorbike touring and taking mental notes of the world. Abhinav completed his graduation with a B.Com degree from DAV College, Dehradun, India and undergoing training in Cinematography & Film/TV Production from Asian Academy of film & Television in the year 2010. This education prepared him for a world of technical and artistic penetration that saw him move straight into filmmaking.

Since 2010, Abhinav has directed and produced many documentaries and short films for international organizations. He has also worked in feature films and deservedly so, he has received commendations. He was also given the CBN International Award for his 46-day documentary work after the Nepal earthquake 2015. Abhinav is the proprietor and CEO of Revis Productions, founded in 2020, an experts in generating deserving visual content. He has worked equally in other positions like TV Producer at Christian Broad casting Network- CBN and Production Manager at CBN Europe. “to Prisoner in My Skin”, was chosen for the San Diego International Film Festival; here, Abhinav delved into such topics as human endurance, culture, and justice. Ever since Abhinav pledged to use his filmmaking to make a positive impact, his films remain of great significance to numerous individuals.
