Preeya Subba

Preeya Subba is an Indian actress, dancer, and singer she was raised in Darjeeling and later in 2005 moved to Gangtok, Sikkim. Preeya started her career like every other struggling actor does play small roles in much small time TV shows. Preeya’s acting career began when she debuted on television show Zindagi Ek Safar on National Channel DD1 where she used to play a negative role in the lead. This was the role which highlighted Preeya’s career and gave her acting career the right push in the right direction because of which she was able to secure roles like the lead role of Mehar in ZTV’s show Hitler Didi Hitler Didi which literally means Hitler Sister is >> Read More... . She had a passion for acting from her childhood she used to actively participate in almost every school play and drama competition held in her school.

The acting was something that came naturally to her and reciting of hundreds of lines by heart gave her the very thrill she needed. This passion she had from the very start gave her the confidence to enter into the Indian show business where she gradually made her way by starting her career in DD1 to working in a Bhojpuri movie. Preeya was always supported by her parents in every way possible when she told her parents that she wanted to pursue a career in the acting field they allowed her to move to Mumbai, with her aunt so that she can happily go and get her dream.

After coming to Mumbai, she did two videos for Venus and some with other media houses which include the famous ‘Chutney Mix’ and ‘Meethemeethebol’. She went on to create many albums after that which include her famous album Teri Jogan, which was launched recently and various celebs came to attend the function.
