Rishikant Anchan is a Creative lead at New Initiatives at Adani Enterprises Limited. He got his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biotechnology from Kishinchand Chellaram College (2005–2008) and his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing at Lala Lajpat Rai Institute of Management (2010–2012). He was an assistant manager for Business Development at Mitashi from April 2012 to November 2013. He was a manager for Strategic Alliances at Snapdeal from December 2013 to July 2015.
He was also an Executive Assistant to CEO-Living Entertainment from August 2015 to July 2017, an Associate Creative Director at Zee Studios from July 2017 to February 2020, and a senior manager for content and Production Excellence at Zee Studios from February 2020 to August 2021. He also worked as a Senior Manager for YouTube Content Innovation from September 2021 to January 2022 and as an Associate Director at Unacademy for one year. He has been a part of three growing start-ups. He worked with Adani Enterprises Limited as a Creative Lead for New Initiatives in Mumbai.
