Akshay Sable works as a creative head in the film and entertainment industry of India. For Akshay, working in this industry is totally in contrast to what he had visualized for his future. Akshay had initially pursued a career in engineering and graduated from Pune University. His first job was as a radio jockey and show producer for Going To School, an organization that teaches students appropriate entrepreneurial skills that they need to survive in the competitive world. He joined Iris Productions as the assistant creative head in 2016, and later worked for Ruchi Films and Siddhivinayak Productions Private Limited. Akshay worked as a creative head for the first time for Dashami Productions in 2018. After gaining plenty of experience by working in several other firms, he joined Panorama Entertainment Private Limited, where he worked for about 2 years.
