Vikrant Pratap Singh is a well-renowned cinematographer and a documented photographer. He was born and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Vikrant graduated in fine arts at the Banaras Hindu University. There he started gaining interest in photography and decided to do his masters in that field. His hard work and passion got him a national HRD scholarship from the government for his fantastic work in documentary photography. He did his cinematography from one of the finest Film Institute and Television Institute (FTII) in Pune, known to be one of the foremost schools in Asia. Vikrant worked in various films like Bus No. 7 and Ganapath in 2023, Bitter Chestnut in 2019, Rescue and Midnight Error. Apart from that, he worked as a short director of photography in the movie Asmad Me in 2020. He also worked in films like The Cycle and Kathnik.
