Ranjit Batra is a famous casting director in the Hindi film industry. He attended Raghubir Singh Junior Modern School from 1961 to 1967 and completed his schooling at Mayo College in Ajmer in 1972. Ranjit then pursued a 3-year undergraduate course in Commerce from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University from 1973 to 1976. In October 1994, Ranjit started his agency ‘Ranjit Batra and Associates’ and began providing services under three divisions, Magnificent Model Management, a modelling agency providing mainly foreign models, Frequent Flyers’ Club, a full-time travelling agency and Exciting Events, which gives human talent to events.
