Nidhi Sethia Nair

Nidhi Sethia Nair is a creative producer. She is well-versed in the areas of creative development, storytelling, and story writing. She was a student at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School until her twelfth standard. She pursued her Bachelor of Commerce from Christ College, India. In 2009, she graduated with a Master of Business Administration in Marketing Management from Alliance Business Academy, Bangalore, Karnataka.

Nidhi started her career as a summer intern in Lintas, Bangalore, in 2008. She joined as an account manager at Starcom MediaVest Group in Mumbai and continued to work there for more than two years. She was selected as an account manager at Mudra Communications, Mumbai, in 2011. She then worked for Bennett, Coleman, and Co. Ltd. of the Times Group as a strategist, planner, and manager until 2013. Her job at Balaji Motion Pictures was as the Senior Manager of Branding and Strategic Alliances, where she got the opportunity to work on movies like Once Upon a Time in Mumbai, Dobaara, Shaadi Ke Side Effects, and Ek Villain.

In 2014, Nidhi started working as a senior manager at Y-Films and was promoted to hold the responsibility of assistant general manager, where she drove sponsorship management for Y-Films and YRF Talent. In 2019, she joined Window Seat Films LLP as a creative supervisor and project head. In her earlier years in corporates, she has worked with client companies like Tata Docomo, Volkswagen India Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, and Standard Chartered. She is also known for movies like War, Fan, and Sultan for which she worked as a producer and additional crew.
