Initially, Pravesh made his debut as a Writer, Director, and Editor for a Short Film A Silent Monsoon (2006). He also worked as a Cinematographer for a Short Film Iggy Goes to Hollywood (2008). He made his debut as an Assistant Director in the Film Industry with the Hindi Film Guzaarish. The film released on the 19th of November in the year 2010. The plot of the film revolves around Ethan, a former magician. Ethan is a quadriplegic.
