Shashi Kant Ranjan is a multidisciplinary visual artist and filmmaker in India. He has completed his bachelors and masters of fine arts from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi. He is currently working as an art director in Mumbai. He has experience creating and designing ad films, TV series, etc. A multi-talented person proficient in art direction, production design, painting, poetry, and theatre.
He is known for writing, producing, and directing a short film named Bhawna (2022), based on a gang rape victim from Uttar Pradesh. He has worked in many movies and series, notably The Kashmir Files Unreported (2023), Manasvi (2021), Ekaant (2018), and Mastram (2020), among others. His work as assistant art director involves Teen Do Paanch (2021), Akkad Bakkad Rafu Chakkar (2021),
