Sameer is fluent in four different languages – Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and English, and is working in theatre and cinematic arena since 2014. He has worked as an Assitant Director for a Punjabi movie. Apart from being an actor, Sameer is also a teacher.
He has spent several years teaching Theatre and acting at many schools and institutions. He has taken up more than 50 workshops in Delhi NCR area. He has also worked as Guest Theatre Faculty with Government of NCT of Delhi for their schools and D.I.E.T. Centres. Sameer has been featured in various newspapers like Times of India, Dainik Jagran, Hindustan Times, Indian Express, etc. He has been awarded by different organizations and institutions like SIAM, PVR, Delhi Police, etc.
