Manish Kumar Sharma is a Casting Director as well as an actor. In 2011, he came to Mumbai to pursue his dreams leaving the MBA degree he was pursuing behind. He in his school days wasn’t much focused on studying, rather than this he was more into cultural activities. He was always good when things came to writing, narrating scripts, or performing arts. He started his journey in the entertainment industry by working as an intern in the Shakuntalam Telefilms. This was to help him know the process of casting and acting, also he wanted to know if the profession he chose was working out for him, or not.
He states that for his casting director journey he has come a long way. He also explains how tough the job of a casting director is and they have to be available 24*7. After doing his theatre and learning under M S Sathyu Ji, he realized the importance of the role of an actor, and how an actor needs to delightfully present a situation and drama. He is someone who focuses on living in the present and working hard.
