Darwin Thapa

Darwin Thapa is an Indian actor, model, and theatre artist. He is known for the movie Student of the Year 2 (2019). He is the founder and director of MISSION DREAMS, a modeling school in Kolkata. Darwin spent five years as a business analyst for the firm Naseba. He earned his degree in commerce from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) at SVKM. He is the son of Anil and Anita Thapa. Darwin was born in the Doon Valley of Uttarakhand, India. His grandfather is Mr. Bhim Singh Thapa, who worked in the Indian film industry for over five decades as a director, actor, and story writer.

Lakshmi, Kinare Kinare, Himalaya Se Uncha, Charandas, Gangadham, Man Jite Jag Jite (Punjabi), Dhukh Bhanjan Tera Naam (Punjabi), Maitee Ghar (Nepali), Kanchi (Nepali), and many others are famous plays of which he is a part of. He appeared in several films and also wrote a few screenplays and stories. Darwin has performed several plays on stage, including Taj Mahal Ka Tender and Ek Nawab Aisa Bhi. He has also done several commercials, the most recent being for Toyota Glanza. Darwin is a champion fitness freak in MMA, gymnastics, bodybuilding, and calisthenics. He plays a student in "Student of the Year 2," and his long hair is visible in the film. In the movie, he plays the character of Darwin.
