Rushi Vakil is an renowned Indian composer, musician and music producer. Growing up in a world of music and being the son of the famous tabla maestro Pandit Divyang Vakil, Rushi Vakil turned out to be a multi-talented musician with a great taste in music. He took up formal training in Indian classical percussion for over 25 years and also took lessons on keyboard by himself for over 10 years. His pure love for music has what made him to go deeper into the world of music and showcase his multiple talents. Till now he has worked in different styles of music, starting from Indian classical, jazz, to folk, EDM, pop etc. He knows to play almost all the musical instruments including tabla, percussion, keyboard, etc. Most of the songs composed by Rushi Vakil are inspired by the modern day trends and technology yet they still carry the roots of pure music. Along with it, he has created music for many dramas, short films, movies, games and many more which includes his Indian movie Shubharambh.

He has also created India’s biggest animation movie named Kid Krrish. It is to be mentioned that his short flim named "Bhinti Maage" has won the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award. Rushi Vakil's "Women- The Indian American Story" was given the chance to be presented in one of the global event “Howdy Modi” which also turned out be a huge success. It can be said that Rushi Vakil has not only worked on national level but has also played in international stage along with many famous international artists.
