Razia is a Pakistani drama that started premiering on Express Entertainment on 14th September 2023. It went off air on 19th October 2023. It aired at 9 pm on Thursdays.
Saleem and Zohra are expecting their first child. When Zohra is admitted for delivery, the doctor informs Saleem that she could save either the mother or the child. Saleem tells the doctor that if it is a boy, then save him. However, it is Razia, who was born as the eldest girl in their family, when everyone wished for a boy. Fortunately, her mother is also saved. When her mother gives birth to a boy, Razia’s condition worsens, as she is treated differently from her brother. New clothes and toys are denied to her, and she can’t enjoy the life that her brother enjoys. Will she be able to break all these and come up as a successful woman?
Mahira Khan narrates the story as Razia Saleem’s elder version.
