Working Women is a Pakistani drama that started premiering on Green Entertainment on 20th September 2023 and went off air on 21st December 2023.

Nusrat is a real estate agent. She converts her house into a girls’ hostel and provides shelter to various women, including a young mute girl, Aasha, a journalist, Amber, a model, Sadia, a factory supervisor, Hashmat, and Rossie, a nurse.

Aasha starts liking the hostel’s kitchen helper, TT. When they are found by Aasha’s village people, she escapes, but TT doesn’t reveal her place to them and maintains silence, protecting her. However, after knowing that she is a Hindu, he starts disliking her. Nusrat respects her perspective and protects Aasha. When TT asks her to change her religion, Aasha denies doing so. Following this, she moves to Dubai.

Sadia becomes a social media star after she can’t succeed in modelling and acting. When TikTok is banned, she finds it hard to achieve her goals. Later, a producer offers her a proposal. Although she accepts it, she finds out his real intention. In an argument, the producer shoots her.

Amber’s boyfriend blackmails her with her old videos. With her colleague’s support, she controls her anger and guilt. Nusrat protects Amber from being bullied. Amber’s mother suggests her to leave the country, to which she denies, and decides to fight against the bullies and handle the situation boldly. However, when her editor, who supported her from the bullies, is injured, Amber decides to fly away from the country.

Hashmat’s manager harasses her. She complains about him to the employers. The manager is thrown out of the job. A teenager falls for Hashmat, and she warns him. Following this, he attempts to kill himself. This made Hashmat understand that she shouldn’t misjudge everyone. Hashmat’s sister, Neelam, died in an honour killing.

Kashi, Rossie’s boyfriend, who lives abroad, exploits her to extract benefits from the senior doctors, who harass her. Kashi gets money from her and betrays her by marrying a foreigner. She decides to do her job honestly without getting benefits from the senior doctors.

Nusrat receives a notice from the court to vacate the hostel, as it was built on her brother’s land. Shafi, whose love proposal was rejected by Nusrat, started doing things against her. Her friend, Zulfi, warns Nusrat about Shafi. Later, Zulfi reveals that Nusrat’s mother transferred the property to her brother as a dying wish. This truth shatters Nusrat, who leaves the hostel with Aasha, Rossie, and Hashmat.
