Sameena Nazir is a certified entomologist, a profession where people work or research insects. She then studied M.Phil and resided in Africa for around 18 years. Sameena Nazir has written two fiction books under the Kallo-Collection of Queer Stories. The stories were published in March 2021. She is also the author of Siyah Heeray or Black Diamonds, which will be released in November 2023. The book is a novel about Karachi and Africa. Sameena Nazir is working as a script teacher and teaching at NAPA & Art Council to emerging and future writers. Besides, she has attended many festivals and events. Sameena has made plays on her self-written stories or books. She also remained a prestigious part of the “Artfest Karachi 24 performance” and was highlighted by the Culture Department, Government of Sindh.
