Nigah is a Pakistani drama that first aired in 2002, and it was a repeat telecast on PTV in 2008.

Nigah and Jawad fall in love with each other. Soon, they learn that their fathers were childhood friends, which helps them move their relationship forward. Jawad has a cousin, Shama, who loves him. But Nigah and Jawad’s marriage happens. They receive a wedding gift, which comes as a shocker to them. It is a wedding portrait of Nigah with Daniyal. Jawad starts suspecting Nigah, who pleads with him to believe her. Soon, he throws her out. Daniyal was engaged to Aashi. Soon, this image was published by someone in a newspaper, leading to Aashi and Daniyal’s breakup. Confused, Daniyal and Nigah meet and decide to find out who is responsible for this. Were they successful? The rest of the story focuses on their lives.
