The show was produced by SM Abbas under Ironline Productions, Dawn Media Productions Dubai. The story revolves around the live of a middle-class family- Ahmed, his wife Nargis and two daughters, Saba and Amna. The story takes a turn when Saba learns that Nargis is not her mother. As a child, she is disheartened to know that the woman she loved and respected her whole life isn’t related to her by blood.

In addition, she is informed that she has been committed to a young man, Abbas, since childhood. Shocked by this huge revelation she has no idea what to do as she is unabashedly in love with Omair, who is a class fellow of her. Omair’s disagreement on their marriage leads Saba to marry Abbas, but now this time Abbas is not interested in such association. After some time, Abbas and Saba both agree to get married to each other. The lovely couple was just about to get married, but a day before their wedding, Omair returns to win Saba back. Both of the lovebirds escape. The conclusion of the show revolves around the acceptance of their marriage by the society and sufferings faced by her family due just one emotional decision. Will they ever accept this union? Will Saba and Omair ever come back? The story deals with that.
