Dhund Kay Uss Paar is a Pakistani serial premiered in 1990 on PTV Home. It is an Urdu-language serial that focuses on women empowerment and enlightens the viewers about the struggles faced by women. The serial presents the story of a young girl named Hina whose life changed upside down in ten hours. Hina went out to meet her friends when she disappeared for ten hours, later, when she returned home her condition was miserable. Hina’s tragic incident spread in the neighborhood like wildfire. Hina’s fiance accused the neighborhood guys, Shadad, Mustafa and Sohail of disappearing Hina. Police filed an F.I.R. However, the three accused were missing from the area.
Sohail’s father, who is a reputable person, met Shadad and Mustafa’s parents and asked them to accept that their sons were responsible to rescue them from a more extended punishment by the court. Sohail’s father didn’t want his son’s name included in the case as this could ruin their reputation. Hina’s engagement broke because of her fiance’s mother.
