Asim Bukhari is a Pakistani actor, poet, and producer. He was born in Karachi. He has worked in the theatre for years, playing, among others, the role of King Shahab U Din Mohammad ShahJahan in the Ajoka Theatre’s famous play “Dara”. As a poet, he has written three Sufi poetry books named: Dohriyaan Shaklaan, Dil Chiriyan Da Aalna, and Soch Uddari. His other published poetic works are ‘Tauba da Kunda Khol’, ‘Kalaam Asim Bukhari’, ‘Teri Laur Payee Aey Maula’, and ‘Rabba Maaf Ker Khatawan’.
