Dhol Bajnay Laga is a Pakistani serial that premiered on 27th June 2014 on Hum TV. It was a Ramadan special serial that had 30 episodes of twenty minutes duration per episode. The serial focuses on Asfar and Soha as they decide to get their mothers re-married. Asfar and Soha are cousins in love; however, their mothers aren't fond of each other. To settle their mothers in their marital lives, Asfar, Soha, and their grandmother (daddu) support them as they search for suitable grooms for their mothers. An interesting twist is added when both mothers are attracted to Shahrukh, a relative living in the vicinity. However, Shahrukh is attracted to his landlord.
