22 Qadam is a story about those women who face social issues while choosing their dreams. This show depicted the journey of all women who want to shine in the face of all social problems and be successful. Society articulates no regarding a girl who wants to achieve her dreams and goals. We live in a society where males prefer to be perfect, and women have always been made to feel less than men throughout history.

Farheen is a girl in the show who faced many social issues and problems when she decided to participate in sports and wanted to play for the National team. Farheen aspires to be a successful cricketer. Being a girl and choosing this kind of sport is a good spirit, but bearing all of society's false accusations is big.
