Bikhray Hain Hum is a Pakistani serial that premiered in 2022 on HUM TV. It is an Urdu-language serial. Bikhray Hain Hum focuses on the life of Rumaisa Rehma (Rumi), who's going to marry the love of her life. The serial takes place in a city located in Pakistan. Rumi is a young and beautiful lady who's studying in her final semester at a university. Rumi is Arif's younger sister and Sabiya’s only daughter. Rumi's father died when she was young. Sabiya took over the responsibility of Rumi and Arif’s upbringing. Arif took hold of the financial needs of the members. Arif’s wife is frequently unhappy with him splurging his money on his sister. She believes that he should take care of his family and well-being.

However, at the end of Rumi’s final term, her mother initiated the marriage conversation and told Rumi to meet the suitable marriage proposals. The story escalates when Rumi thinks about her relationship with Tabish of three years. Tabish wanted to establish himself and seek a desired job. Rumi couldn't wait for Tabish to tick off his priority of securing a job and then telling his parents about his plan of marrying Rumi. However, that day arrived sooner than it appeared, as Tabish secured a high-paying job. Later, he told his parents about Rumi and asked them to meet her family. As Rumi belonged to a middle-class family, hesitation arrived in Tabish's household. Soon, the second thoughts vanished as they loved Rumi and her family. However, a problem that persisted was Tabish's sister. Sehrish is a rude and overconfident lady.

She is also the youngest sibling of Tabish. She doesn't respect the lower class and is dependent on her power of money. Sehrish argued with Rumi that she had forgotten. However, after looking at each other, Rumi and Sehrish recalled the incident. Sehrish started to treat Rumi like a big sister, which seems quite fishy. What will happen next?
