Not only in India but even across the globe, the show is a favorite. People love watching 'Taarak Mehta' to release their stress by laughing so much. Hence he also believes that Telugu dubbed 'Tarak Mama Ayyo Rama' will be equally loved by the audience.
Kumar Modi was of the opinion that one of the most popular and longest-running TV show 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' is all set to be seen in Telugu titled 'Tarak Mama Ayyo Rama'. Actually, the show is based on the column Duniya Ne Undha Chashma written by columnist and journalist Taarak Mehta for Gujarati weekly magazine Chitralekha.
It is indeed one of the longest-running scripted show in India. The show was produced by Neela Tele Films Private Limited. The show went on air on July 28, 2008, for its Hindi version. The story is based on Gokuldham Society which is a residential society in Powder Galli, Goregaon.
The story revolves around the society which has more than 50 flats, the show revolves around the lives of eight families.
