Thene Manasulu is a drama/romance serial telecasted on ETV Telugu, which focuses on several socio-political norms and how a family goes through with them. The plot revolves around a woman named Sudeshnadevi who lives with her son, daughter, and their respective families.
From the beginning of the serial, it is indicated that she lives separated from her husband and in-laws because of personal as well as ideological differences. This separation leads to her being an object of societal judgement and disapproval from an early stage.
However, with her own family at her side, she stands up tall and is happy. When the past crosses paths with the present, drama ensues and several questions arise with a lot of decisions to make.
