The story revolves around Abhiram and Vasundhara. Abhram is a young widower. He works as an event manager. He has two twin daughters- Seetha and Anu. Vasundhara is a homemaker. Her husband has recently divorced her. She has a son, Bunny. All three children are almost the same age. Abhiram's family wants him to get married again as his daughters are young and need a mother figure to grow up with. Often, it becomes difficult for Abhiram to juggle between work and personal life. Vasundhara’s family wants her to get married again as she is young, and Bunny needs a father for better parenting. Both of their families want them to get settled.

Fate brings Abhiram and Vasundhara together. They gradually form a friendship and become close. They discover that both of them are parents to little children with no partner. After spending some time with each other, Abhiram feels that Vasundhara may be the perfect woman to parent her kids. He asks her to marry her for the sake of their kids. He is also willing to love Vasundhra’s kid as her own. Vasundhara feels that this marriage proposal may be for the best as Abhiram is a good father.

Both of them get married. But Abhiram’s daughters do not like Vasundhara. They feel that Vasundhara is trying to steal their father for herself and take the place of their mother. However, Vasundhara does not mind. She loves all the kids like her own. It is challenging for her to overcome all the difficulties to make Abhiram’s children see her pure intentions. Gradually, they warm up to their stepmother.
