The 20th Santosham Film Awards also known as the 20th Santosham South Indian Film Awards aired on the Channel Suman TV. On 14 November 2021,20th Santosham Film Awards ceremony was held in Hyderabad. From Tollywood and music and Indian language films, the 20th Santosham Film Awards recognize their best films and performances in the year 2019 and 2020, along with special honors for lifetime contributions and a few special awards. Santosham magazine annually presented these awards. The event replaced the 18th and 19th ceremonies of the Santosham Film Awards. The 18th awards ceremony was scheduled for September 2020, which was cancelled due to COVID-19.
