Naiyaandi Darbar is a show that was aired on YouTube. It is a Tamil language show started in 2019. This is a program dedicated to young and talented stand-up comedians. In the show, these comedians combine their humour with the relative content that is going on in the country.
Usually, we don't find standup shows in our local language due to the low number of audience and low opportunity. The series is trying to eradicate that problem by creating a platform for some young comics who want to make it big in the local language.
In the show, there is a stage filled with a few cheering audiences. The show is recorded by a single camera and performers perform their skits on the stage. Sometimes they fill it with an automated laugh track, each performance by these comedians is typically 8 to 10 minute long. In this time slot, they start making pre-written jokes. Sometimes these comedians engage their audiences in their performance. Sometimes they make fun of the audience present there.
 The show runs for typically one hour. In the show, some comedians used magic tricks, songs, music, and props to increase their engagement with the audience. They write their jokes. Often they are situational comedies and sometimes these are one-liners, punch lines at the end of a conversation.
