Mounampesiyadhe is a Tamil series that started airing on Zee Tamil on 4th November 2024. Saravanan Nanjappan penned the screenplay and dialogue. Sanker directed the series. Vadasery A. Mruganantham produced the series. Guna Rakesh cranked the camera, and Magathi Aji edited the series.
Shiva is the son of Rasu Ambalam and Visalatchi. He has two sisters, Amaravathy and Bhavani. Rasu forces Shiva to marry Ramya, his sister’s daughter. But Shiva loves Janani. Tulasi is a village girl who was forced to marry Sethu, her sister’s husband, after her sister’s death. Shiva marries Janani, and Tulasi marries Sethu. Both travel on a bus, which is met with an accident. In that accident, Shiva loses his memory, and Janani dies. As she was found with Shiva, his family mistakes Tulasi for Janani. To escape from Sethu, Tulasi acts as Shiva’s Janani. Gradually, she falls in love with Shiva. Meanwhile, Sethu searches for Tulasi. Will he find her and reveal the truth to Shiva’s family? The rest of the series deals with this.
Ashok Kumar Balakrishnan plays the role of Shiva, and Jovita Livingston plays the role of Tulasi. Iraa Agarwal made a cameo appearance as Janani. Sathya plays Sethu.
