Paz Little Penguin is a cartoon animated series that airs on Chithiram TV, a Tamil kids television channel. This series was originally produced by Telescreen BV, Egmont Imagination, King Rollo Films and Open Mind Productions in association with Discovery Kids. It is based on a series of books written and illustrated by Mary Murphy. This show is dubbed in Tamil using original clips and is presented on Chithiram TV. The show has twelve seasons, with eighty episodes in total.
This series is based on the stories of daily adventure of Paz, the little penguin, his mom Big Penguin, grandpa Pappy, and Paz’s friends’ including a Rabbit, Dog, and Pig. Paz is a curious little penguin who wants to explore everything in this colorful world with eagerness to know. Each episode is based on a particular topic.
Paz is always asking his mother, Big Penguin, questions and his mother comes with up very informative replies to it. Paz often acts in a naughty way but follows everything that his mother says. He has three friends, which include Rabbit, Dog, and Pig. They play together and study together. In one episode, ‘The Locket”, Paz’s mother has to go out on a business trip for a day. Paz is sad, thinking how will he manage without his mother. His mother prepares him as to how he can manage alone. In another episode, “

Each episode is beautifully crafted, keeping in mind the thinking capabilities of kids. The informative aspect is very well projected, and this show teaches a lot of basic things.
