What is it to have a family? This show will make you laugh and emotional at the same time. There once was a good show for kids called Ming Lee Manickam that took place in a magical TV world. It was about a little Chinese boy named Ming Lee who gets taken in by the Manickam family after he has no family. The Manickams were an Indian family that was nice to take Ming Lee as their own. At first, Ming Lee had problems getting used to his new foster family because their culture and language differed.
Even though Manickam and his wife Sonia welcomed Ming Lee warmly, it was hard for Ming Lee to initially feel like he fit in with his new siblings and grandma. The show had many fun adventures in every episode about Ming Lee's new life living with the Manickams. One time, something big happened to Ming Lee, but the family helped him through it, and he learned to be adjustable. Over time with the Manickams, Ming Lee learned what family means. He learned how to connect with them even though they initially seemed weird to him. There were also some funny characters like Manickam and his naughty daughter Shruthi who made the kids watching laugh.
Like in real-life stories, Ming Lee made new friends and had ups and downs. Later on, they talked about Ming Lee's old life before Manickams, and maybe he could not stay with them anymore even though they loved him now like their own. But the family wanted to keep him because love doesn't care where you came from. Family is about who you love. Kids all over liked watching the show because it had good messages about accepting differences and being kind. Kids need to learn. It showed that even if people seem different, you can still be friends if you have an open heart. Ultimately, the story warmed kids' hearts by saying love and differences are magical and any family can be special if there is love. So Ming Lee Manicka is stuck in children's memories as a happy tale about finding belonging. You can watch this show on YouTube.
