Maya is a young entrepreneur who suffers from a dark past. She had a troubled childhood due to her father, Ashwin. Arjun Sharma’s friend Saanjh loves him, without revealing him. Arjun saves Maya in an accident. She falls in love with him. In a turn of incidents, Maya rescues Arjun’s brother, Ayaan, from prison. She helps him unite him with his family. Soon, Arjun falls for her and proposes to her, which disappoints Saanjh. Maya and Arjun plan their wedding. But Maya’s father uses Arjun’s mother, Vandana, and Saanjh to stop Arjun and Maya’s wedding. What happened next? Did they marry? The rest of the story deals with their lives.
