The story starts with a young girl who is out with her mother to fetch water. When the mother turns her back, she disappears. Soon, the news of a girl kidnapping goes viral.

The local police form a team of 5 police inspectors with a senior detective as the team leader. The senior detective is a respected police officer. He is experienced and therefore has a good knowledge of criminal mindset. Their investigation leads to a small shop of a ragpicker. Their suspicions are confirmed when they find a soft toy that the girl left behind on the ground from where she was kidnapped. However, their suspicions lead to nowhere due to a lack of evidence. A series of evidence points toward a man who was falsely framed. He provides information about a strange man who fits the description of the kidnapper.

He notified them about Dr. Rupert, who is half Tamil and half Malayalee but speaks in English. The police tracked him down and presumed his next target. They catch him red-handed. It is then revealed that he is a psycho serial killer. He kidnapped children to sell their organs in the black market. The senior inspector wanted to encounter the evil man, but he thought of a better plan. He calls the parents of the kidnapped girls to beat him to death. The police thought killing him would put an end to the black market. But in the last scene, the audience sees a ragpicker carrying a child in his bag, which reveals that the kidnapping has not truly stopped.
