Roadies Revolution is the eighteenth season of the show Roadies broadcast on the MTV channel. Auditions are open for the youth of India. As the name of this show suggests, revolutionary ideas from the youth are needed to get into this show. One word to describe this show is change. The judges are divided into gang leaders and Mahaguru. Rannvijay is the Mahaguru while the rest of the four judges are the Gang leaders. Some of the contestants are good at playing tabla, while some have superb physical strength, some want to start a charitable organization while some have come to rectify Kashmir’s image. All the contestants have already filled a form regarding their life in general. On the basis of this form and three ‘yes’ from the judges, the contestants are selected.

In the third episode, a girl named Pratibha teaches some self-defense techniques for girls. Some of the contestants are given a thorough listening because of what they have written in their forms. The judges sometimes get into arguments regarding which contestant to select. The contestants, who have given full marks in their form for their intelligence, are tested by the judges. City after city, auditions are taken for young revolutionary talents. Many a time, two contestants are auditioned together to compare them both and select the better one. Contestants share their stories of struggle and victory.

In the ninth episode, four contestants are auditioned together. Three of them got selected. All the gang leaders select one contestant each to form their own team. The people they have chosen, if they are able to win, they are declared the best gang leader.

Most of the contestants of roadies already have a revolution in themselves. The tenth episode is the final selection round. From the eleventh episode onwards, the game starts. The first round is played at Rishikesh. The money won by these contestants would be used for some revolution in the city they are playing like installing solar panels in a village. The tasks of roadies involve physical as well as mental strength.
