), who want to usurp the Bhagat family property. Geeta lives in the same house as her mentally ill father, called Markandey, and several other family members. The drama starts when Kamya (Garima Ajmani becomes her cousin Rahul’s love interest. Rahul and Kamya end up getting married when Malini puts pressure on them.
Kamya says that her in-laws have been abusing her physically. She uses the IPC Sec 498A law, which deals with the issues of domestic violence, to get her in-laws thrown in prison. The story then continues to showcase the way Geeta, who is a shy and timid girl, rises up as an avenging angel to get justice for her family and bring to light the abuse of the law.
The serial was not continued for much longer because of its low ratings.
